People come first.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How long have you been with C\u00e9r\u00e9lia?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I started working at C\u00e9r\u00e9lia in 2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why did you join the company?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first reason I joined the company was the product. During my interview, I had the luxury of tasting the cookies. I\u2019m not a sweet person, but I remember thinking that I\u2019d never tasted a cookie as good as that one. Since then, I\u2019ve told myself that this is something I want to be a part of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What\u2019s your background?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I started out as a supervisor, then moved on to production manager and finally plant manager. I\u2019ve worked my way up within the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What do you like about C\u00e9r\u00e9lia?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I like the way the company has grown from a small company to a large one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I like the idea of accompanying this success. It\u2019s one of the things I\u2019m proud of. We\u2019ve gone from 1,200 cases a day to 5,000 cases a shift. I like the family spirit, even though this is a business. There are extraordinary people here. It\u2019s a company where you can grow and where you have the freedom to express yourself, to put forward ideas and projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What\u2019s your priority mission?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Safety is the number one priority, and I like it to be the most motivating objective in terms of production. People come first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What makes you proud in your job?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m proud of many things at C\u00e9r\u00e9lia.
