This varies from setting up media campaigns to packaging design and from starting up NPDs to organizing a summer tour with the JAN poffertjestruck. A great all-round brand management job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>What do you like about your job? What makes you pride in your job?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What I love is the versatility my job has and the ownership I have over the brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It makes me proud to see a concept idea for a new JAN product being developed to a product available in retail stores. I am also proud of the current performance of the brand in which we have broken several records, including brand awareness and penetration. A great team effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>What have been your biggest challenge?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stop eating poffertjes. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>What do you like about C\u00e9r\u00e9lia?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fast pace of the company, never a dull moment, and our product portfolio.
