DESCRIPTIONDU POSTE
The Technical Area Manager, reporting to the Plant Manager, drives the engineering, maintenance, and safety agenda of the entire plant.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop Maintenance team
- Create Preventive Maintenance from the scratch and ensure execution on time in full
- Maintenance expenditures according with the budget
- Direct responsibility of CapEx execution and commissioning
- Collaborate with Group Engineering Team for design phase of CapEx
- Manage Business case for site exploitation
- Implementing energy saving projects
- Monitoring KPI’s and define proper corrective actions to improve the KPI’s performance
- Ensure factory asset compliance with Legislation, Safety Quality Environmental and Insurance requirement (maintenance activities, documentation, certification and calibration, of all the production utilities and logistic assets)
- Create technical workshop for maintenance activities
- Create spare parts warehouse and maintenance politics from the scratch
- Change management (new Quality & Safety requirements, engineering, environment)
- Maintenance contract agreement and activities execution
- Maintenance technician skill matrix and upskilling plan
- Breakdown analysis and follow up
- Continuous improvement culture development
- HVAC and CO2 plant management
- Safety yearly risk evaluation documentation and follow up
- Relationship with the external consultant for safety and doctor
- Ensure proper safety training plan for all the employees on time in full
- Spread safety culture within the plant and develop safety agenda from the scratch
- Job safety analysis for all workers and procedures
- Develop safety behavioral observation and safety tag management
- Collaborate with BU Safety Manager for safety countermeasures roll out
- Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the lawnear miss management and safety training plan

VOTRE PROFIL
Professionnal qualification
· Valuable experience of manufacturing in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Company - preferable in food Industry
· Master degree in : Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
· At least 3 years of experience in technical department
· Lean Manufacturing and project management experience
