Croustipate innovates with its PINSA

With expertise dating back to 1974, Croustipate, the dough specialist, presents its latest innovation: Pinsa “Pizzeria quality”!

Straight from Italy, PINSA is an ultra-indulgent recipe that has nothing to envy pizza! Made from a blend of three flours (wheat, soy, and rice) and a touch of olive oil, its secret lies in a long resting time during production, which gives it a very light, airy, thick, and crispy texture.

Pre-cooked, all you have to do is reheat it for 5 minutes in the oven or air fryer, then top it with whatever you like for an appetizer or an impromptu meal that’s as quick to prepare as it is to enjoy.

To raise awareness of Pinsa and make it more widely available, Croustipate is rolling out an ambitious support plan on social media and in stores.
