Quality of life at work

Cérélia “a company where it’s good to work” is our commitment, supported by our “Cérélia & i” program launched 6 years ago. This important initiative is conducted in a highly participative manner, with all our employees invited to express their views via a digital survey.

The richness of the lessons learned and the collective dynamic enabled us to set up very concrete workshops and action plans. We have renewed our survey for the 2023/2024 financial year, and our employees have participated massively.

Sharing company value

Involving employees in value sharing is part of Cérélia’s DNA. Since the beginning of our adventure, we have made a point of setting up a shareholding system that allows all employees to be involved. This reflects the essential place given to the men and women of Cérélia, and the conviction that the wealth created must be shared by all those whose work it is. We give everyone the opportunity to invest in the company’s capital (in countries where this is legally possible), through the “Cérélia, All Shareholders!” program, supported by a Corporate Mutual Fund (FCPE).

Training

Because we are committed to developing the talents of our employees and sharing our passion for baking with as many people as possible, we have created the School of Bakery. Cérélia’s School of Bakery aims both to pass on its own know-how, developed over the years, and to develop employees’ employability by offering, wherever possible, training leading to qualifications or certification. The aim is to support the evolution of our professions in order to meet the new technical and human challenges posed by technological advances.
