From the outset, we have adopted a central principle: to produce locally, as close as possible to consumers and grain-growing areas. Today, the Group has 12 production sites in 7 countries, including 9 in Europe and 3 in North America, equipped with state-of-the-art technology to guarantee the highest levels of food safety.
As part of our ongoing drive to improve our practices, we pursue a proactive policy of industrial investment.
Cérélia SAS and Cérélia Netherlands have been awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal for all their sites in France, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Ecovadis certification reflects Cérélia’s commitment to CSR and assesses our ability to improve our practices in terms of sustainable development, ethics, human rights and responsible purchasing.
At Cérélia, the health and safety of our employees is a core concern. To ensure a safe and healthy working environment, we have put in place a series of measures to prevent occupational hazards and promote well-being at work for all our employees. We provide regular, ongoing training in food safety, product handling and hygiene. The most demanding certifications awarded to Cérélia plants are a token of recognition of our compliance with best practices in Europe and North America.
