My name is Niels Roodenrijs and I work at Cérélia as a Sr. Brand Manager

How long have you been with Cérélia?

Joined Cérélia in March 2021, so it has been 4 years now.

What’s your job?

I deal with the marketing of the JAN brand on a daily basis. This varies from setting up media campaigns to packaging design and from starting up NPDs to organizing a summer tour with the JAN poffertjestruck. A great all-round brand management job.

What do you like about your job? What makes you pride in your job?

What I love is the versatility my job has and the ownership I have over the brand.

It makes me proud to see a concept idea for a new JAN product being developed to a product available in retail stores. I am also proud of the current performance of the brand in which we have broken several records, including brand awareness and penetration. A great team effort.

What have been your biggest challenge?

Stop eating poffertjes. 😉

What do you like about Cérélia?

The fast pace of the company, never a dull moment, and our product portfolio. The fun element all of our products have and the fact that everybody in the world loves pancakes, pizza, cookies etc.
