Cérélia has made the sharing of value creation and employee shareholding an integral part of its DNA.
We are committed to setting up a shareholding structure that allows all our employees to be involved in this human adventure.
We give our employees the opportunity to invest in the company's capital (in countries where this is legally possible).

The "Cérélia, all shareholders!" program

This program, supported by a Company Mutual Fund (FCPE), is a unique opportunity for all our employees to become, in a way, co-owners of the company. It echoes the exceptional commitment of all our employees over the years.
We now have almost 1,200 investors in the FCPE, representing over 70% of eligible employees. Our employees’ confidence in Cérélia’s resilience, growth and corporate project is a source of great pride! In 2020, this initiative has been doubly rewarded: on the one hand by the enthusiasm it has aroused among our employees, and on the other, by the FAS Grand Prix for employee share ownership. We tell you all about it in this video.
Employee share ownership, a wonderful adventure
Cérélia creates a shareholding scheme for its employees.
It's a unique opportunity for each of our employees to feel responsible for the company, to bring their entrepreneurial spirit to life, and to collectively reward their efforts and involvement.
The FCPE has been extended to all countries where it is legally possible (excluding Spain, Italy and the United States), by introducing a principle of unilateral matching. A great success!
